Cairns West and Cape York - Support Visit by Amy Kirkham and Pam Nunn

During March, Amy Kirkham and Pam Nunn, AMI Trainers visited Cairns and Weipa to support Louisa Sagiba and Letitia Murgha, the indigenous students of the recent AMI Montessori 3-6 teacher training course.  The trip was successful and it is very important to offer ongoing support for the teachers as they continue their work

In Weipa Pam and Amy had dinner with Jean Little, Letitia Murgha and one of the other indigenous teachers at the Weipa State school.  They also had breakfast with Thankupi, Jean Little and the Editors of the Weipa Bulletin.
